Consultant Member Program

Overview

G³ resource implementation expressly relies on our resource programs.  Essential to our resource programs are our Consultant Members, a select group of specialized business consultants who have been thoroughly screened, vetted, and trained to provide their individual specialties to G³.  Consultant Members are crucial components of our project teams, under the direction of a G³ certified Agency or Independent Agent.

The Agent, acting as Project Manager, assembles a team of experts from G³’s matrix of qualified and approved Independent Consultant Members.  This team, under the direction of the Project Manager, executes the project.

Following common industry practice, we rank Consultant Members based on their credentials, experience, education, and specialties.  Upon ranking, G³ Consultant Members are placed in the following categories:

• Analyst  While highly-qualified, Analyst Consultants are individual contributors.
• Associate  Associate Consultants may contribute individually at a high level and/or manage small projects.
• Principal  A Principal Consultant’s role is to serve as an industry and/or functional expert, as well as a senior project director.  Most will have C-level experience with at least twenty years of experience and an appropriate level of education.
• Senior Principal  The highest level Consultant Member is a Senior Principal with credentials that include having built one or more companies, at least twenty-five years’ industry experience, and a diverse background in project management, high-level consulting, and interaction and participation in equity and venture capital investments.

The Project Manager selects team members from the G³ member matrix based upon the particular skills and skill levels needed for each project. Projects are offered to Consultant Members along with a summary of the project scope, time-frame, amount of travel, and total billing and reimbursement estimates.  Our highly-qualified Consultant Members bring a wealth of experience to our projects, assuring our clients that they are receiving the utmost quality and excellence in realizing their growth potential.
